Auditions

Napa Valley College departments of Music and Theater hold auditions for live performances and for some of our courses. We welcome you to participate in this process. Auditions are usually held at the Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center unless indicated.

NVC AUDITION INFORMATION

Napa Valley College Performing Arts is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility. As such, we encourage performers of all races and ethnicities, gender identities, sexualities, abilities, and ages to attend every audition. Auditions are open to all students and other interested individuals. Performers with disabilities are also encouraged to audition. Please notify us prior to the audition if you need special services, assistance, or appropriate modifications to fully participate. 

Seasonal General Auditions

All performers may be involved in a production aspect of the show such as moving set pieces. 

If you are ONLY interested in working in a technical theater or front of house capacity (i.e. stage manager, assistant stage manager, assistant to the director, scenic carpenter, painter, costume assistant, usher etc.) please indicate that on your audition sheet.
