The LGBTQ+ Pride Center at Napa Valley College welcomes all Napa Valley College students and staff whether you identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community, as a straight cisgender ally, or still not sure. This is a place for all.

The purpose and goal of the Pride Center is to provide access to information and connection with community. Napa Valley College has a number of programs to support LGBTQ+ students and we invite you to take advantage of all programs and opportunities that interest you. If you are on a path of self-discovery, we are all here to support you.

Pride Center Locations

Campus Pride Center

The new physical Pride Center is located in room 1014, on the bottom floor of the 1000 building. This space will officially open with the start of the fall semester on August 26, 2024. The Pride Center will typically be open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11AM to 2PM.  Students and staff may drop in during these times except for when the space is being used for Pride Club meetings, trainings, or other reserved uses.  

What You Will Find

    • A comfortable space to study, socialize, and connect with your community.
    • A space for meetings and trainings for up to 16 people.
    • A sexual health resource center with information, condoms, and HIV testing information.
    • Snacks! - Provided by the Napa Valley College Basic Needs Center.
    • Community information, programs and resource information provided by the Napa LGBTQ Connection.
    • The Flag in the Map exhibit.

Virtual Pride Center

The virtual Pride Center is hosted on the Napa Valley College Canvas platform.

What You Will Find

    • Discussion boards and ways to connect with your community.
    • Announcements about upcoming events and an events calendar.
    • Resource information for services on and off campus.
    • Virtual Flag in the Map exhibit.
