Human Services Internship

The agencies listed below are some of the organizations with which Napa Valley College (NVC) has contracts. This list has not been verified to confirm that these agencies are currently accepting interns. Students are responsible for finding and securing their own internship placement. You must complete any application, interview, screening, or other requirements required by the agency before beginning your internship course(s). You are welcome to complete your internship at an agency not listed here.

 

If you find a potential internship site that is not currently contracted with NVC, please contact Jaime Huston, Human Services Program Coordinator, at jaime.huston@napavalley.edu as soon as possible to begin the contracting process between NVC and the agency. Please plan ahead: Establishing a new contract can be a lengthy process, so it is important to contact Jaime as early as possible.

 

Internships may be paid or unpaid, depending on the position and the agreement between you and the agency/employer.
